As promised I did remember to get the pictures this time. Landon is now 3 weeks (and 3 days) old. According to the doctor yesterday he is now 7 lbs. 3 oz. Which is awesome- I'm so glad he's putting on weight. Ian is very proud and protective of his little brother. Yesterday when we went to the doctor's office and the doctor took Landon to another room Ian freaked out. We calmed him down by reading Amelia Bedelia. In other news the weather here has warmed up and dried out a bit—and I am very grateful! I was getting sick of every day being rainy and gloomy. (We had a crazy thunderstorm yesterday; when we got out of the doctor's office it was POURING and hailing like crazy!) It's nice to have Sean home. He does so much around the house I don't know what I'm going to do when he goes to work and school. (Thanks babe!) Oh man. Two kids. One mom. I don't know how people do it with more than two. Oh and I found my watch and wedding rings-- I thought I had lost them and had a sick feeling maybe they ended up off my nightstand and in the trash... luckily they didn't. I'm a happy girl. Things to look forward to: Oma and Christie's visit, 4th of July (though we're up in the air about what we're actually doing), Father's Day, Ward Campout (we'll try to make it for dinner) and whatever lies ahead—for this afternoon it looks like maybe laundry—sweet.
Ian loves his little brother. This was when we were at Grandpa and Grandma Hurst's house. Landon was only a week old--he had to have the oxygen because of the altitude difference. Boy were we excited when he didn't have to have it anymore.
The boys have matching outfits courtesy of Great Aunt Etta and Cousin Kim. Aren't they the cutest!
And here he is today--taken just before we left for a walk to the Library. He sleeps a lot.
And we can't forget the big brother. He loves to "draw draw"...and cheese for the camera.
